President
Marc’s 30 years of comprehensive hospitality experience provides the skills necessary for new projects. His development experience demonstrates expertise in all aspects of ground up development, including site planning, marketing, finance and operations.
Landry, while serving as Vice President / Development and Operations for Lafrance Hospitality Corporation, managed the development of Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites and Comfort Inn & Suites branded hotels. He has benefited from innumerable hospitality training and development programs and advanced educational seminars sponsored by hospitality leaders, Hilton Hotel and Choice Hotels International.
Active with many charitable and civic organizations, Landry has served the community as a leader with United Way, Bristol County Convention and Visitors Bureau, Fall River Chamber of Commerce, and Kiwanis Club. He has also served as President and founding member of Hampton Inns of New England and is currently Vice President of the Mount Hope Farm Trust in Bristol RI.

Cathy Charbonneau
Vice President
Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of RI and has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of hotel management with a demonstrated strength in sales/marketing, revenue management/analysis, and rate structuring/maximization. Since 2007, she has served as the Vice President of High Road Hospitality. In this role, Cathy has managed the sales and hotel operations for all HRH’s managed properties. She develops and implements strategic marketing plans, sales plans, budgets and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services. With a proven track record of achieving year over year in excess of 100% of competitive set indexes, Cathy develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies to produce the highest possible long-term market share. She is an expert at training staff in the importance of maintaining relationships with industry influences and key strategic partners, and negotiating and closing deals. Cathy is experienced in new development openings, takeovers, franchise compliance, and quality assurance. She has a proven track record of team building through strenghths training, staff development, recognition programs and providing motivational leadership. High Road Hospitality’s managed hotels are award winning with The Hampton Inn South Kingstown being a three time recipient of the distinguished Hilton Hotel Corporation’s Lighthouse Award, a distinction given to the top 5% of hotels in the Hampton Inn brand for Performance in Product, Service & Quality.
Bonnie Brake
Regional Director
Bonnie has 18 years of hospitality experience with demonstrated strengths in hotel operations, team development and brand compliance. In her role as the Director of Hotel Operations for High Road Hospitality, she is currently managing the opening of the newest hotel in our portfolio, the Hampton Inn & Suites, Foxborough MA. Joining our team in 2017, Bonnie has been instrumental in providing training and mentoring of our hotel teams. She is a proven leader in team development having her Front Office Manager win the Spirit of Hampton Award, an award that is given to Hampton Inn team member that consistently exceed expectations, and positively impacting guests, the hotel and the community. Bonnie’s management experience includes Timeshare Resort property management, managing both the timeshare ownership and developer units; focused service management including Hampton Inn & Suites and Homewood Suites. Bonnie earned the RCI Front Office Manager of the Year award for the Northeast Region early in her hospitality career, and brought award recognition to the hotels she managed with the RCI Gold Crown award, Hilton Hotel Corporation’s Lighthouse awards, Hilton Hotel Corporation’s Circle of Excellence, and Hilton Hotel Corporation’s Wall of Fame. Bonnie spent over three years working for Hilton Hotel Corporation as a Quality Assurance Manager for their Focus Service Brands. She supported, inspected, and opened Hampton, Homewood Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, and Home 2 hotels in the Northeast and Canada. During her tenure with Hilton she presented at Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton General Manager Leader Training Program, and was part of a training team for the redevelopment of the Hampton guarantee.
